Duplex housing - Architectural Project.

This is a small project located in Rosario, Argentina. It consists in a big piece of land divided into 7 small lots, fitting a two-floor house each. 

The idea is to think a little outside the box, leaving the traditional apartment building and giving each habitational unit its own green space, porch and privacy.
