We designed new smartphone concepts that redefine "smart" in emerging markets. The Samsung Smartphone Project is a series of new smartphones that deliver new value and innovative experiences to users in the developing world.
Confidential Project
With close collaboration with the Samsung Product Innovation Team, the project began with field ethnographic research in emerging markets, followed by research synthesis leading to consumer insights and design opportunities. Final deliverables include new product offering propositions, concept design, prototypes and videos to communicate the experience.
