以雜誌載體做為歐洲與台灣之間人文、藝術資訊的橋樑，將精選的內容以優質的設計與排版、雙語對照的形式提供給讀者。在設計上著重於圖像的挑選與排版表現的版式設計，創造整體具有實驗性與豐富感官的閱讀性，並注重圖文排版上的平衡與易讀性，在印刷作業時也特別著重色彩的調整校對，以達成作為藝術創作載體與優質雜誌質感的最佳呈現。

The goal is to use the magazine to exchange information of humanities, cultures and arts between Europe and Taiwan, providing readers with selected content in good bilingual layout.
The design lays emphasis on the selection of images, the creation of reading vibes, and the balance and the readability of picture and text layout. The color proof and color adjustment are also treated seriously during the prepress proofing.
