Concept of the merch welcome pack designed for a full-cycle digital agency
The welcome pack is the company's merchandise, which introduces new employees to the values of the brand, helps them fit into the team, and feel themselves a part of the brand. The Digitalweb welcome pack consisted of a welcoming postcard, two weekly planners, a tote bag, a water bottle, and non-serious stickers for a laptop or phone. Each merch carrier had to have a positive attitude and carry the values of the team.
Agreed stylistic direction was a clear 2D design with a focus on typography, using main serif font, two-three colors palette, and possible playful graphic elements and copywriting.
The company’s logo has been changed due to the terms of the agreement.
