In collaboration with Popermo, a reputable insurance provider for police officers, firefighters, and certain professionals, we have completely redesigned their app for members.

Our primary objective was to enhance the mobile app experience while considering the end-to-end customer journey.
As part of our process, we conducted extensive market research, worked alongside stakeholders, and organised design sessions to ensure our approach would make Popermo more accessible to its members.
