The Covid -19 pandemic changed not only our lifestyle but also the way we design our spaces. Few months after the lockdown of 2020 the owner of this villa launched this contest in order to get design ideas about creating an annex building including an office and a gym. Based on a well-organized space planning in order to  maximize the views around the gardens and profit from the natural daylight, this design focused on the material selection and all the FF&E items of every component.
