I have tried to capture the essence of what can be the cultural and creative capital of the world. Giving special relevance to buildings, vehicles or iconic objects that I find interesting, either for their aesthetics or their importance. I consider it is very necessary to transmit humanity through illustration in an era dominated by machines and algorithms.

The process has been hard. First deciding what to highlight subjectively. Followed by a thorough investigation of the shape of the city, trying to be accurate. Then, in a sketch, the composition as if it were a puzzle, so as not to cover some elements with others. The final piece was made in pencil and watercolor on 27,5 x 34 inches (70x 86 cm) paper. It has no digital modifications, only color adjustments.
