With over 250 years of history, Christie's, a venerable institution, faced challenges rooted in pre-digital structures. We noticed inefficient and time-consuming processes, identified key problems. Over a two-year period of intense collaboration with product owners and stakeholders, Christie’s undertook a transformative journey. This involved rebranding their discovery page (Christies.com) and developing several internal products. The process was seamlessly integrated, and provides phases of research, prototyping, testing and development.
