El proyecto se planteo sobre la zona conocida como "Nuevo Polanco", como un espacio recreativo para personas con un interés en el arte.
Parte del concepto de que el arte nace en el hombre y crece al mismo tiempo que el individuo crece tanto físiciamente como espiritualmente.
Por esto mismo se plantean dos edificios paralelos como línea de tiempo. Estos son unidos por un pasillo de cristal que remata con el restaurante ancla.
Cuenta con salones para distintas activides artísticas, un teatro principal y en el edificio mas corto, un cine, teatro secundario y las oficinas del Canal 28. Estas oficinas cuentan con lo necesario para la grabación de programas, así como con vestidores, sets, etcétera.
The project is thought out as a recreational space for people with an interest in art.
It is born from the concept that art is born in man and grows along with him/her as they grow both physically and spirtually.
This is the reason two parallel buildings are projected as a timeline.These are joined together by a crystal aisle which tops with the anchor restaurant.
The developement has rooms for various artistic activities, a main theatre, and on the shorter building, a movie theatre, a secondary theatre and the offices to Channel 28. These offces have everything neccessary to record the shows, as well as dressing rooms, sets, etc.
