CNA Trade Show Booth Collaterals

Project Overview:
The project involved creating various collateral for a trade show booth, including a ten-foot backdrop, side panels, banner stands, a tension fabric counter, podium, brochure stand, and retractable banners. The booth aimed to showcase the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) and its initiatives such as nurse certification, accreditation, and membership programs, along with branded merchandise, reports, and healthcare documents.

Challenges:
The booth needed to attract attention and stand out amidst high foot traffic and from other exhibitors. I had to ensure that the design effectively communicated CNA's message and values while remaining visually appealing and memorable.

My Role:
I was responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the graphics of all booth collateral. This included developing the overall design concept, selecting imagery and branding elements, and working with the schematics provided by the vendors.

Creative Process:
I created several design concepts, iterating on layouts and visual elements to find the most impactful approach. Once the design direction was approved, I finalized the artwork and prepared files for printing and fabrication.

Strategies Used:
To make the booth memorable and visually appealing, I opted for a simple background with striking imagery that captured the essence of nursing. I strategically placed key information about CNA's programs and initiatives on the retractable banners to attract attention and engage attendees.

Measurable Results:
The booth design successfully attracted attention and received positive feedback from attendees, effectively showcasing CNA's initiatives and branding. The clear messaging and visually appealing design helped drive traffic to the booth and facilitate meaningful interactions with potential members and partners.
