Project Overview: 
The project involved creating a print advertisement to be featured in the Canadian Journal of Nursing Leadership, by Longwoods Publishing. The ad promoted the Canadian Nurses Association's certification program, highlighting its reduced eligibility hours and 19 nursing specialty exams. It emphasized the benefits of CNA certification, such as specialized knowledge and enhanced professional credibility, and offered a cost-saving incentive for joining the association.

Challenges:
The project faced tight deadlines due to the publication schedule of the journal. However, through effective time management and close collaboration with the client, these challenges were overcome.

My Role:
My responsibilities included conceptualizing the ad, designing three variants with different images and text placements, and iterating on the designs until a final version was approved. Additionally, I created animated online ads in various sizes for the CNA website and Google Ads platform.

Creative Process:
The concept for the ad was developed based on the key selling points of the CNA certification program and the target audience's needs. I experimented with different images and text placements to create three distinct variants, gathering feedback from stakeholders and iterating on the designs until a final version was selected. The selected design effectively balanced visual appeal with clear messaging to maximize impact.

Strategies Used:
To ensure the success of the ad, marketing tactics such as highlighting cost-saving incentives and emphasizing the benefits of certification were integrated into the ad copy to appeal to the target audience of nursing professionals.
