Fresh 100.3 Detroit wanted billboards to welcome major artists the city while also promoting the stations involvement in the festivities. These were designed to reflect station paint spattered style while also standing out against the back drop of downtown Detroit. Each billboard was mounted on a flatbed truck and used a mobile billboards driven around the city the night of each concert.
