"Waiting For The End To Start" is a music video I directed for the band, The Itchyworms. The idea behind the video is to have a different approach to the usual and known identity of the band, from hit songs such as "Beer", "Akin Ka Nalang", and "Loveteam", the band deviated to deliver a somber and mysterious vibe to their song, "Waiting For The End To Start".
The prompt was they would want an approach similar to the dance sequence of Salma Hayek in the movie "From Dusk Till Dawn". I proposed a similar approach but made it grittier to also reflect the time of the pandemic. A feeling of eeriness followed by dream like sequences and objects that signify different parts of the song.
