I had the great opportunity to partner up with Denka, an industrial design agency to come up with Mellins i.Style customer loyalty kits. 

Creating a VIP loyalty kit for Mellins i.Style to reward loyal customers and incentivize repeat purchases. Each customer will receive the following in their kit:

Include a high-quality pair of sunglasses from your latest collection. Offer a variety of styles to cater to different preferences, such as aviators, wayfarers, or sports sunglasses.

Include a lens cleaning solution and a microfiber cloth branded with your company logo to help customers keep their sunglasses clean and in good condition.

Include a set of VIP discount codes or vouchers that offer special discounts on future purchases, available only to VIP members.

Include a limited edition accessory such as a branded hat, keychain, or t-shirt that is exclusive to VIP members.

Include a note thanking the customer for their loyalty and expressing appreciation for their support.

Offer VIP members exclusive access to new collections or product launches before they're available to the general public.
