The Experiment
This movie is about a genetic scientist who does illegal genetic engineering with animals and humans. She is trying to create a race of incredibly strong, mindless clones who will serve as her workforce and army to carry out her plan to take over the government of the United States. Of course it goes terribly, terribly wrong and creates half human half cheetah girls that end up turning on the very person that created them.
