CONCEPT OF A RECREATIONAL AND HEALTH COMPLEX "LASTIVKA".
Project designed in collaboration with Palamarchuk Architects.
The project was developed in the context of the reconstruction of an abandoned recreation center of the Soviet era of 1970-1980. Some objects were reconstructed, re-commissioned and functioned until the land plot was transferred to the owner for development. The project proposes to correct the layout of working buildings in accordance with the new function, partially superstructure the volumes, bringing the facades to a modern look, supplementing the superstructure with architectural elements. The remaining objects that have lost their function are designed anew. The territory is divided into two zones, where the northern zone is occupied by a hotel complex, and the southern part complex of cottages for rent. In the southwestern part there is a kindergarten. Long-term rental cottages are formed around an artificial lake, which can be created in a place where the relief is naturally low. The high level of groundwater makes it possible to effectively use energy-saving technologies and engineering solutions, including pumping water using heat pumps. The total area of the territory is 13.8 hectares. Location - Kyiv region.
