Explain the spatial programming elements that define objects. The model sizing process begins by finding a suitable place to position the object with the longest side facing southeast and northwest.
The facility is located next to the football field in the city park and close to the gym and the new skate park and continues across the Vardar River towards the settlement of Rechani, the installation framework is defined as 13 x 200 meters.
The total building area is 2,700.00 m2. The main and constructive program matrix (7x7 meters) is placed in the center, while the secondary matrix is placed during the building design (1x1m). The content of the object is grouped into several areas depending on the type and usage relationship. Public programs (café, restaurant and bar) are open to the natural landscape but framed in the hallway; the contents complement each other.
While others represent individually compartmentalized content with alternative and informal cultural and educational goals operating independently of each other. In some areas identified as requiring program completion, library degrees will be offered.
