In the past few years I have tried to express my understanding of traditional culture by painting, publishing, digital illustration, sculpture, toy design, etc. As a native artist, this time I re-examine and re-interpret the traditional elements of Chinese culture through a modern prism, using contemporary art methods to interpret traditional culture and make it full of new vitality.
In the "Wood Dragon Spring Welcome" art work for Carsberg 2024 CNY, the dragon is described as the only ambassador of the Chinese New Year, with a young and stately aura. Giving it life, infused with the spirit of spring flowers blooming, rooted in an ethereal essence, symbolizing prosperity and auspiciousness.
