Residential Tower ♻️
Consist of three Basement, G.Floor & 17 level.
I made Structural analysis and design using #etabs &CSI SAFE ,CSI Column.
Design Codes : ACI-319 , SBC 304.
All Loads is according to  ASCE 7-16, SBC 301-CR-18.
Statical System:
Flat Slab With drop Panel at all Floors except Basements.
At Basement I used Flat Slab With drop panel and Column Head.
I Used Composite Column sections to minimize column sections.
I made all the next Checks.
1- Check Story Drift.
2- Check P-Delta Effect.
3- Check Soft Stories.
4- Check CM & CR.
5- Check Irregularity.
6- Check Torsional Irregularity.
7- Check Heavy Story.
8- Check Sliding.
9- Check Overturning.
Determine if the structure need Dynamic Analysis or not.
Dynamic Force should be not less than 95% from the static force according to SBC 301-CR-18.
I Model it using Revit 2020.

Used Programs:
- CSI ETABS 2020.
- CSI SAFE 2016.
- CSI Column.
- Revit Structure 2020.
- AutoCAD 2023.
- Microsoft Excel 2021.
