Project Overview
Healphant is a chat-based mobile app that connects patients and doctors for fast, fair, and affordable healthcare. It is designed as a progressive web app (PWA), which means it can run on any device and browser, work offline, and be installed on the home screen. The goal of the UX case study is to show how Healphant provides a seamless and engaging user experience across different scenarios and network conditions.
Challenges
Develop a user-centric UI/UX design for Healphant, a healthcare platform, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and doctors. Prioritize intuitive navigation for features like immediate health assistance, clinical follow-ups, second opinions, and chronic disease monitoring. Place a strong emphasis on secure communication and data privacy. Craft an interface that clearly communicates the platform's affordability and value proposition, highlighting the removal of expensive intermediaries and fair rewards for healthcare professionals.
Throughout the design process, focus on optimizing accessibility and creating a user-friendly experience. Utilize low-fidelity wireframes and user flows to streamline the UI, making it intuitive and easy to navigate. Leverage insights gathered from user interviews and stakeholder discussions to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience.
The challenge involves addressing key aspects such as seamless user interactions, fixing accessibility issues, and incorporating user feedback to refine the UI. Through thoughtful design choices and user-centric solutions, aim to create an interface that aligns with Healphant's brand identity while prioritizing the needs and preferences of both patients and healthcare professionals.
Doctors case dashboard
on the case dashboard doctor can track all upcoming case also they can accept the case but their will be limited time to accept otherwise the case will be declined automatically. Seamlessly managed new and ongoing case.
Doctors Public Profile
Doctor public profile, where patients/users can see their speciality, Fee for healthcare service, also others details like location, interest, experience, and language they speak. Users also able to share doctor profile, who is not registered at healphant
Message
Messaging feature offers more than just words. Users can effortlessly exchange text and audio messages, share files such as PDFs, images, and videos, and facilitate essential voice calls between doctors and patients. Elevating healthcare communication to a whole new level.
Doctors Case (Empty dashboard)
When doctor don't have any case, they are able to share their profile through link and social media even doctor can ask to print their healphant business card.
Patient Management
Patient management are simple and more user-friendly than before, doctor can track the new case and ongoing case, they can also see which case is already completed. it helps doctors to manage different patients seamlessly.
Doctor closing case
After provide a successful healthcare service doctor can close the case and get rewarded. without closing the case they don't be able to receive the reward.

Landing page. after a simple and easy onboarding, patients will directly land on the find doctors page. so there is no more additional scope or action needed to perform. So patients can search their desire doctors quickly and easily

The app's home screen features a powerful search filter, enabling users to find their desired doctors based on specific criteria such as fees, second opinions, and other related medical services.
