This fountain is placed on Tomis Avenue in the neighborhood of Ovidiu Square in Constanța, Romania. I liked it's mosaic,

especially the triple sun which seemed very illuminati to me.

I like grunge buildings. I was walking through Constanța, searching for the old Casino Building. On my way I've found this debris building so I took some pictures.
