ICAF Poster Illustration
Poster design I made for the Istanbul Arts & Comic Festival,
which takes place every year in Turkey.
When I started my work in which I drew 100 different faces for the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Turkey, one of my biggest motivations was the inspiration I received from the place, history and traces of the sector in the country I live in. For this reason, it was both very important and gratifying to portray the illustrators who have shed light on each other from past to present and opened new paths with their works, in the crowd you see. Collective consciousness will continue to nourish all areas of art as long as it brings together the differences and creates a much stronger and new picture,
making those in that picture brave and free.
