The original project was named Deyar, but the name was later changed to Darco. The logo was updated to reflect the new name so that the company that designed it could be easily identified.

The challenge in designing the logo and identity
Designing a identity and logo for Darco was a challenge that we undertook with the aim of creating a unique and modern identity that reflects the company’s values and connects with its customers. As Darco’s services are diversified across various aspects of contracting, investment, and real estate development, we wanted to create an identity that stands out from its competitors in the market. We designed an identity that embodies the spirit of architecture and engineering precision, while being modern and clear to meet the needs of the customer. In the Darco logo, we merged the first letter of the name in both Arabic and English and stripped it down to a distinctive geometric symbol.
