For a former co-worker's birthday, I had the idea of making a fictional decoration, based on Velhotes port wine brand. Why velhotes (old people)? Due to his grumpy nature, reminded him of old men arguing.
Luís Gomes Velhotes Tawny is aged in cascos de rolha, which looks like a Turelho. With a tawny brown color, it has flavor of dried fruits and wood, come on! It tastes great in the mouth, it even clicks. Ideal to go along with tchouriças, or with a tchocolate. Store away from amigos do alheio, otherwise anvils will start to tchuber.
