Design Statment
Bureaucratic inefficiencies is one of the main reasons that caused communication delay and breakdown between the government and the citizens in Malaysia. mySearch App designed with the objective to create a better solution for this issue. mySearch App designed to solve other related issues. For example, most of the citizens do not know which department to contact when they want to file a report or complain, call being transferred to several department and wasted long time to wait for the call being picked up.
mySearch App provide a liner communication between the citizen and the authority. It designed to be a search engine and also a report application. Virtual assistant function provides a live chat between the users and the system if the result or information is not helping. Track code system provides a history report to the user to keep track their report or complain. Sharing with the other user and to social media can help to promote the function of this application at the same time to avoid duplication report.
On the government site, all the search data will be collected and analyst in order to have a better understanding on the citizen social issues, problems and opinion. This data can be a reference to the government in future in order to purpose a more effective solution or policy that will be benefit to the citizens.

The overall aim of this brief is to encourage youths to use their skills to provide a practical demonstration of how greater participation and dialogue can add value and build ties between individuals, communities and government at all levels.
