We all do mistakes sometimes. But nobody forgive online. If there's a www ahead, even the most tecky guy out there - no matter how good you are, no matter how many times he was successfull on your site - has the gut feeling that sooner or later your system will EXPLODE and his money will vanish.
Errors handled with humour are a great way of dissolve this anxiety or, at least, to give you few more chances of forgiveness when your system - no matter how good you are - DID ACTUALLY EXPLODE!
