How might we design solutions for the Vejle library,
that make people with particular needs feel safe,
comfortable and relaxed in a public space?
The aim is to create a safe spot for people who can have a hard time in public spaces, this include introverts and people with ADHD and ASD.
The challenge is achieved thanks a research that led us to develop a sofa with an area design as a private space to decompress from the stress of the "outside world".
The sofa is all covered in velvet as a fabric which does not trigger bad sensations, for the target group chosen, as the neutral color.
