"CỘI"
Đây là tên mình đặt cho bộ sưu tập kết tinh của 5 năm đại học và hàng ngàn giờ lăn lộn với những công việc có tên và không tên trong ngành thời trang.
Là một người ảnh hưởng nhiều bởi văn hóa phương Tây cũng như khuynh hướng nghệ thuật thiên về Surrealism - Siêu thực. Những giờ lịch sử và nghệ thuật dân tộc trên giảng đường đã làm mình thu hút về lịch sử cội nguồn dân tộc và đó là khởi đầu cho những tìm tòi của mình ngược về lịch sử để rồi kết quả là bộ sưu tập "Cội" đã ra đời
Đây là đồ án mà mình cố gắng kể câu chuyện huyền sử qua hình ảnh Thủy tổ Lạc Long Quân - Âu Cơ bằng ngôn ngữ đương đại, vượt ra khỏi những gò bó về hình ảnh hay biểu tượng truyền thống. Bộ sưu tập nầy cũng là sự phối hợp giữa các kỹ thuật hiện đại như in 3D, hiệu ứng động - Kinetic và cả ánh sáng...
Ngoài ra qua bộ sưu tập còn là một nhắc nhở cho tôi và các bạn ý nghĩa thân thương của hai chữ "Đồng Bào"

"Cội"-"Rô· is the name I've given to my collection, which is the result of my 5 years at university , as well as countless hours of both named and unnamed part-time work during my student years in the fashion industry. Influenced by Western culture and drawn to the artistry of Surrealism, my time studying the history and folk art of my own nation led me to delve into the historical roots of my culture, ultimately inspiring the creation of the "CỘI" collection.
This project is my attempt to narrate a mythical tale through contemporary imagery, transcending traditional constraints on visuals and symbols, with a focus on the legendary ancestors Lac Long Quan and Au Co. The collection incorporates modern techniques such as 3D printing, kinetic effects, and lighting...
Furthermore, this collection serves as a reminder to me and to all about the heartfelt significance of the term "Đồng Bào" (which means "Compatriots" or " People born from the same fetus" that's the exact meaning in Vietnamese).
