WHAT IS THE BOOK ABOUT ?
Korea is a rich cultural heritage, and at the heart of this heritage are its five grand palaces, each a testament to the nation’s history and architectural prowess. Gyeongbokgung, the grandest of them all, stands proudly in Seoul, surrounded by picturesque mountains. Its intricate design and stunning gates, such as Gwanghwamun, exude a sense of regal elegance. Nearby, Changdeokgung enchants with its secret garden, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and its harmonious integration with the surrounding natural landscape.Deoksugung, located in the bustling heart of Seoul, juxtaposes ancient traditions with modernity, while Gyeonghuigung, once lost to time, is slowly being restored to its
former glory. Finally, the vibrant city of Jeonju is home to the Hanok Village and its Jeonju Gyeonggijeon, a reminder
of Korea’s traditional architectural beauty.
