brass rod was threaded and attached to base
holes were drilled and countersunk for future installation
Process
holes were drilled and tapped in both ball bearrings and rods
rods were bent on diacro rod bender
ball bearrings were attached to bent rods with threaded rod cut to length
milling base
polished and waxed for pick up
