I arrived late to watch This Is Us after many people recommended it to me, but better late than never. It was therapeutic to enter intro the lives of the Pearsons. Some phrases were so deep that I turned them into mantras for my life, to understand the true value of time and with whom we share it, that life goes by faster than we think, and how impactful our actions are on the people we love. The Pearsons taught us a lot.
