We completed the user interface design (UI) task of the PerfX project, which we prepared in cooperation with the Primer Project team. We started the project, whose strategy and experience design was ready, by working on a strong concept. We have clearly defined the design rules on web and mobile screens. By preparing a documentation in which the element, component, grid structures are defined, we guided the PerfX design team to complete all the necessary user flows.
We have made performance management easy to follow with the use of common competence and company strategy libraries, approval flows, form tracking, report - analysis features and more. We have provided a better experience to users with understandable design elements and icons that support internal teams.
