As a User Experience Designer and Product Owner I started the product definition with the company board sketching all the high level diagram flows (Lucidchart). Once the product definition, a long protoyping session began (Sketch, Photoshop, Invision). User Experience, the general look and feel and the product detailed functionalities were defined. The agile development process (SCRUM) started and the project was delivered on specs and on time for all the most avid iPhone and iPad users.
