In 2016, Megogo embarked on its third major design system refresh, aiming to streamline interfaces across multiple platforms. As part of this initiative, I undertook the challenge of systematizing, updating, and unifying various visual elements.
My contributions included designing a new layout for the video player, creating icons and other visual elements, conceptualizing an interactive TV guide, developing an embeddable interface, and crafting diverse ad overlays.
Since implementation, these features have served tens of millions of users over nearly a decade, with many still in active use on the website today. This project exemplifies the long-term impact of thoughtful design decisions in enhancing user experiences and ensuring continuity across digital platforms.
