Intervención en Vivienda 260, Cruz del Eje - Córdoba | 2023
Intervención paisajista - funcional en una vivienda barrial. El objeto de esta intervención es crear un orden en las circulaciones vehiculares y peatonales dentro del terreno, donde las mismas puedan estar diferencias a través de sus ingresos. A demás, crear un orden en los espacios dedicados a las actividades sociales en el patio de la vivienda y a aquellos destinados a hobbies; por ende, el principal enfoque estuvo en la agrupación de las mismas, liberando espacios para la dispersión.
Dentro de las intervenciones paisajistas encontramos el diseño de huertas y vegetación en torno a las edificaciones existentes, creando una dinámica singular.
Dentro de las intervenciones funcionales, a demás de las ya mencionadas, se vinculo la galería con un área de quincho, acompañando la circulación con un pergolado que sostendrá vegetación. Se incorporó un área de cochera y guardado, y una piscina.

The object of this intervention is to create an order in the vehicular and pedestrian circulations within the land, where they can be differentiated through their income. Within the landscape interventions we find the design of orchards and vegetation around the existing buildings, creating a unique dynamic.
Within the functional interventions, in addition to those already mentioned, the gallery was linked with a barbecue area, accompanying the circulation with a pergola that will support vegetation. A garage and storage area was incorporated, and a swimming pool.
