This was a design for a rowhome in Baltimore City. The client wanted to keep it as free-flowing as possible within the narrow confines of the lot. Includes a patio close to the house, a river jack swale to cope with drainage problems, a fountain, and a place for the trash bin that was screened from the rest of the yard.

The front entry landscaping was designed for easy access, while working around two existing trees the homeowner wanted to preserve. The back includes a paver patio, stepping stone walkway, natural stone area for a fire pit, and planting plan.
