Tomas Morato Tower Suites

Tomas Morato Tower Suite: Condominium Interiors Facade Design
Client: EMC Property Ventures
Location: Quezon City, Philippines
Date: May 2020 and September 2020
Exterior Perspective: Capital letters T and M are incorporated in the facade using louvers and aluminum cladding on the front elevation and parapet.
Its location the corner of Tomas Morato street and Scout Gandia street provided an opportunity to play around with the building's corner, using louvers that form an M shape as you look at it from a certain angle. Combine with the T shape created using aluminum cladding, it forms the initials T.M. for Tomas Morato.

The glass-clad lower floors underneath the slant of the "M" contain the common areas of the condominium, while the upper floors are that of a typical condominium with balconies and sliding windows.
Lobby
A neutral, earth toned color palette of muted yellows, beiges and grey-browns gives the lobby a serene elegance elevated by an interplay of various textures, from veined marble to lined fabric and spotted granite. The atmosphere is complemented with warm white cove lights, chandeliers and wall scones.
Lobby
A frosted glass panel with geometric separates the elevator lobby from the commercial units behind it.
Restaurant - Dining Area
The same color palette is used for the buffet restaurant, with the use of more wood textures to add a touch of zen. Vertical drop lighting brings special emphasis to the buffet table.
