The project was to create a spatial structure located directly in the public space. The resulting object is a small architecture suspended in the open urban space. Located between two corners of buildings does not interfere with communication between the two squares. The form of an object refers to the structure of the foam (Weaire-Phelan structure). Closed air soap bubbles were inspired to determine the area which would be used for the activities of border culture and art. This is an excellent suggestion vantage point in the city center.

The characteristic form of the object can be a recognizable attraction and a symbol associated with the place. The property is provided as a vantage point and set design for outdoor concerts, performing arts and audiovisual cultural animation and as a space for the promotion purposes.
