ONE OF A KIND FOOD TRUCK
REQUIREMENT
Create a food truck that can go for events that is equivalent to their full fledged kitchen. Production capacity of 300-400 pizzas in 1hr of peak working.

Solution
A 1.8m hydraulically powered section of the food truck that pulls out by 0.6m after reaching the designated location keeping deployment times to under a measly 10mins.
Layout Plan
Arrangement of equipments, shelves and counters to create max workflow efficiency while keeping in mind the weight balancing of the trailer.
DESIGN
A chassis that is able to handle around 2.5tons of equipments, 10 personal and more than a ton of food consumables and food items. A pullout cabin structure able to hold around 0.6tons of equipments.
BRANDING
A branding style that uses a combination of both matt and glossy style vinyl to create a trailer that stands out from any lineup.
THE WORKS
Testing out the pull out cabin, axles, and other mechanisms and finally completing the branding.
