The covered parking has four floors of an arena-ramp type parking system and five levels of mechanized parking spaces for eight car slots. The first floor has fourteen spaces for people with limited mobility in wheelchairs and seventy five parking spaces for cars of classes A, B, C, D, E. On the second floor there are sixteen places for motorcycles, sixteen places for bicycles and fifty eight places for cars. There are seventy one and fifty three parking spaces on the third and fourth floors, respectively. Above the fourth floor are levels of mechanized parking, supported by the main supporting structure, which holds the third and fourth floors with the help of cables. The second floor rests on load-bearing columns located on the first floor. Each floor has the shape of an ellipse and is shifted in one direction relative to the center of the parking garage. Some parts of the ellipse that stand out further than the others on the second and third floors are supported by V-shaped columns. The windows run in waves along the entire length of the wall.
