My process- First I cut a small piece of clay using a cheese wire and rolled it into  a ball. Then I used my thumb to press into the centre of the ball, creating a hollow. Gradually I rotated the clay in my hand and  pinched the clay into shape using my fingers, smoothing out any rough edges using water or a damp sponge. After that using a small blade I added my extra details and designs for it now to be cooked in a kilb.My opinion and reflection on the pinch pot work s that it is both fun and easy, however if I was to do this task again I would not have fake nails on as it effected the look and hollow hole piece. Another thing I noticed was with the clay I used it began to crack when I would stretch it out and fold the shape. To over me my issue from my nails I used the back of them to smooth out my clay
