The Kingfisher
During lock down the river in the village was in flood which brought a Kingfisher to the slow water created by a bridge.

On Sunday after posting Christmas cards I looked over the bridge and saw the blue flash a coupe of times. Went back in the afternoon when the rain stopped. Set the tripod up in the bushes on the steep bank and the Kingfisher rocked up right on cue. It came and went from the perch a couple of times while I was there before it got too gloomy.
