Introducing Mesra Rewards, PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad's enhanced loyalty program. Transforming from the physical Kad Mesra to a digital platform, we champion sustainability efforts while revolutionizing how customers earn and redeem Mesra Points. Now, customers easily accrue and use points by entering their phone number at the CDS or fuel pump.
I led the design of this innovative program, collaborating with the Strategic Communications team to craft the logo and establish brand guidelines. After multiple design proposals and approvals, the Mesra Rewards logo received the green light.
Mesra Rewards has streamlined PETRONAS' loyalty program, simplifying point transactions for a better customer experience!
