Role: Product and UX/UI Design (solo)
Case Study Scope: This Part I of the presented Case Study project focused on the Empathize, Definition and Ideation phases, followed by a deep dive on UX Research methodologies. The Wireframes and Lo-Fi Prototypes came last, laying the ground for Part II - High Fidelity Mockups and Prototypes (part II coming soon)
Goal Statement: This dedicated reservation app for a high end restaurant will let users book a table, manage reservations, access the entire menu ingredient list and profit from discounts from last minute available slots. This actions will affect benefit anyone who has an interest in attending the restaurant by helping them make reservations that better suit their agenda, dietary restrictions or choices, and budget.
Effectiveness will be measured by the effective number of reservations via the app, that is to say reservations made that actually attend the restaurant.
