The Talent Management team - a crucial part of Titan’s People Function, required employees to update their profile within a certain given time. The campaign was to encourage them to fill in their experiences intra company and their skill development over the years to make hiring more efficient and allocate the right people to the right projects!

This would make it easy for the managers to understand their teammates better and provide an exposure for the potential employees.
