Reach for Agents is a full real estate business management software with the goal of growing nationally to become the app of choice for agents across Canada. Reach simplifies the complicated process of both getting and staying organized as a busy real estate agent, while helping to facilitate an amazing client experience— leading to more referrals and repeats. With a barebones brand and website already, Reach approached me to get their visuals in line, design a sleek website, and, ultimately, land them more users and buy-in to achieve their nation-wide goal.

Being relatively new on the scene, Reach needed a strong and memorable brand and website to create trust and excitement within their selective target audience. The goal was to create a visually impactful and cohesive brand identity that reflects their unique style and values while setting them apart from the generic competitors already on the market.
process
To tackle this challenge, I dug into the strategy of the brand — researching competitors, studying market trends, key audience preferences, and the client's current brand and offerings. Through this I gained valuable insights into Reach's vision, core values, and target audience and was able to dive into the creative process fully armed to bring the brand to life in an intentional way.

Through the process of breaking apart to update the logo I formed a visual language of shapes and “blocks” that can be added and removed as needed — alluding to the simplicity and customization of Reach’s app. Using a simplified and vibrant colour palette, legible type, modern icons, and human-centred UI design, Reach is positioned as the trusted expert that is unfussy, grounded, and cool. With bold copy lines, the highlighting of testimonials to show proof of ROI, and photography that nods to an aspirational business model of top-performing agents, every part of the Reach brand works together to look like it will simplify long to-do lists while making the audience money and closing deals.​​​​​​​
The result is a brand that is straight-forward, modern, and approachable — a memorable identity that translates easily from web to app to print. Through this iterative approach, their brand has been successfully transformed, positioning them as an industry leader, clearly standing out from their competitors, and setting the stage for future growth and success.
