This project comes within the hackathon H-TRAVEL held at the H-FARM Treviso.
That hackathon hosted the following companies: Wish Days, Costa Crociere, Bravofly Group and Vela Spa.
Our team "The veleziani" decided to meet the demand of Vela Spa or an overall review in the way of approaching customers with product specific "Vènezia Unica".
Given the complexity in understanding the existing information, we looked at a simple approach that would allow tourists to clearly understand the product, offering specific routes for their stay and facilitating them in the purchase of their tickets.

Given the complexity in understanding the existing information, we looked at a simple approach that would allow tourists to clearly understand the product, offering specific routes for their stay and facilitating them in the purchase of their tickets.
We designed a new web strategy to act as a digital experience before, during and after their stay, integrating a new website with a mobile application that allows the holidaymaker to receive tips and useful information even during their visit in the Venetian lagoon.

Il nostro team “I veleziani” ha deciso di soddisfare la richiesta di Vela Spa ovvero una revisione complessiva
nel modo di approcciarsi alla clientela con il prodotto specifico "Vènezia Unica".
Data la complessità nel comprendere le informazioni già esistenti, ci siamo orientati verso un approccio semplicato che permettesse al turista di comprendere chiaramente il prodotto proponendo itinerari ad hoc per il proprio soggiorno e facilitandolo nell'acquisto dei relativi ticket.

Si è pensata quindi una nuova strategia web che fungesse da esperienza digitale prima, durante e dopo il soggiorno integrando perciò un nuovo sito web con un’applicazione mobile che consenta al villeggiante di ricevere suggerimenti e informazioni utili anche durante la propria visita nella laguna veneziana.
