NUEVA RESIDENTIAL
Nueva is a residential building located in the heart of Iasi, Romania. Since Iasi is the second largest city in the country, the competition in the real estate market is quite tough.
When the real estate developer arrived at Saltonwaves, he was concerned that the beautiful architecture and good engineering of the building would not be enough to stand out among the vast competition. As a result, he needed a strong online presence and a unique identity that would differentiate the building from the others.
My task was to come up with a concept that no one in the city had thought of before. After examining over 50 real estate properties in the area, I noticed that many clichéd symbols were being used, such as buildings, leaves, and butterflies.
After designing the brandmark, I proceeded to design the stationery, which included brochures, technical apartment drawings, business cards, and contracts, among others. Redesigning the full architecture plan of the building helped customers better understand the layout of each apartment while connecting with a brand they could understand and appreciate.
