In the lounge area, we offer a place for books and board games where residents can get to know each other, communicate, and exchange ideas. Modular chairs are adaptive; you can combine configurations depending on the needs of residents. work or play together in board games with children or neighbors.

The design of a typical floor and staircase cells is made of warm-toned tile in combination with decorative plaster. They are placed near each apartment on metal plates with conditional designations.
