Hi guys,
 
Here is my latest work,
3D portrait of Hannibal Lecter made and rendered in Zbrush 4R5.
I polypainted the model, used fibermesh for hair, and rendered with BPR.
 
Simple retouching and lighting was done in photoshop CS6.
